Garlic 2 clove
Salt to taste
Wheat flour 3 tbsp
Potato 5 pc
Vegetable oil to taste
Chicken eggs 2 pc

We pass the chicken breasts through a meat grinder along with garlic or grind them in a blender.

Three potatoes on a fine grater.

Mix minced chicken with potatoes, add whites, salt and mix.

Add flour, mix well.

Using a tablespoon, place the resulting minced meat into a heated frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry over high heat on both sides.
