Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Preparing the cream. Separate the egg yolks and mix them with sugar, then add the coconut, flour and hot milk. Mix everything thoroughly as you add it. Now turn on the stove and turn on medium heat. Cook our cream on it until it thickens. Then cool and put in the refrigerator (preferably overnight).

Step 2

Step 2
In the morning you can start directly preparing the base of our cookies. Beat the softened butter with a mixer. Add powdered sugar and beat again. Then add the yolks, baking powder and cocoa. Beat everything together again. Then add flour a little at a time. This time we knead with our hands. Letʼs form the resulting dough into a sausage, which we then wrap in cling film.

Step 3

Step 3
Leave it in the freezer (approximately 30 minutes). After time has passed, we take the “sausage” out of the refrigerator. Letʼs cut it into circles.

Step 4

Step 4
Now heat the oven to 180 degrees. And bake the circles in it for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Step 5
When the cookies have cooled, spread cream on half of the cookies. Cover the top with the second cookie.

Step 6

Step 6
Now prepare the cream to decorate the top layer. Beat powdered sugar with softened butter. Stir in melted chocolate. Using a pastry syringe, squeeze the cream onto the cookies. Decorate to your liking.
