An easy snack for any occasion! Very unusual and tasty. Fast, tasty and very simple! Very helpful as a snack for unexpected guests! Therefore, just in case, I have a bag of puff pastry in the freezer — it helps!

Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Egg yolks 1 pc
Hard cheese 100 g
Caraway to taste
Puff pastry (one layer weighs so much) 260 g
Sesame to taste

Recipe instructions

Pre-defrost one layer of dough

Turn on the oven at 220 degrees. Roll out the dough approximately in half (roll in one direction) and turn over to get the sticky side.

Place cheese (I used Russian), grated on a fine grater, over the entire surface. Press with your palm.

Fold in half, press well

You can help with a rolling pin. Prepare lizone from the yolk (break the yolk with a fork, dilute with a tablespoon of water or milk)

Cut the dough into long strips 1-1.5 cm thick

Place on a pre-greased baking sheet (or parchment, butter and flour sprinkled to prevent the baked goods from sticking). Carefully remove the strips from the board and twist them in different directions by the ends, you get such bindweeds, you can also make even sticks.

Lubricate our sticks well with Lizone — it will give a beautiful color to the baked goods and “stickiness” to the surface of the dough

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and cumin (I like a rich sprinkle)

Place in the oven and bake until cooked and beautifully golden brown! For me it is 220 degrees and 20-25 minutes. Place the hot pastry on a wire rack and let cool. Bon appetit!
