Sugar 150 g
Wheat flour 180 g
Butter 120 g
Cocoa 2 tbsp
Eggs (large or 2 medium) 1 pc
Raisin 50 g
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Cottage cheese (5-9% fat) 350 g

Measure out ingredients. To prepare chocolate-curd cake we will need: 350 g of cottage cheese; 180 g flour; 150 g sugar; 120 g butter; 50 g raisins; 1 large egg; 2 tbsp. l. cocoa; 1 tbsp. l. baking powder.

Pour 3 tbsp into the cottage cheese. l. sugar and grind until smooth.

Add the egg to the cottage cheese and mix everything again.

Add soft butter and remaining sugar, reserving 1 tbsp. l.

Add flour sifted with baking powder.

Divide the resulting mass into two equal parts. Add raisins to one part. Mix.

First place the chocolate dough into a greased cake pan and smooth it out. I used a silicone baking pan, so I didnʼt grease it with anything. This amount of text requires a not very large form. I had a pan for a large cake, but the amount of ingredients was for a medium one. Therefore, it was possible to fill the mold only halfway and the cake did not turn out as high as I wanted, even taking into account the rise during baking.
