Ingredients (12 portions)

For dough:

Sugar 1 cup
Wheat flour 2 cup
Cocoa 2 tbsp
Eggs 2 pc
Sour cream 1 cup
Soda 1 tsp
Condensed milk 0.5 jar

For cream:

Sugar 3 tbsp
Sour cream 600 g

For the glaze:

Sugar 3 tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp
Cocoa 2 tbsp
Sour cream 3 tbsp

To begin, beat the chicken eggs into a suitable sized bowl, add sugar to them and beat with a mixer or whisk. It is not necessary to beat until fluffy; it will be enough if the mass turns slightly white.

Add sour cream and condensed milk to the egg-sugar mixture and continue whisking. You can use a whisk. If using a mixer, it is better at low speeds. Make sure that the mixture does not splash.

In a separate bowl, sift the wheat flour and mix it thoroughly with baking soda or baking powder (you can use both).

Add flour to the rest of the ingredients one spoon at a time, carefully mixing it into the dough each time. The result is the consistency of thick sour cream. Make sure it is exactly this thick. That is, it may take you more or less flour than it does for me.

Divide the resulting dough into two parts. Add cocoa powder to one part and stir until smooth.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease the mold with oil. Bake 2 cake layers separately. Baking time will depend only on your oven. This may take from 20 minutes to 1 hour. Cool the finished cakes.

Now start preparing the sour cream. Using a mixer or whisk, beat the chilled sour cream with sugar until the sugar dissolves. Donʼt interrupt, itʼs quite easy to do. As soon as the sour cream becomes more fluffy, it is better to stop. For this, use the finest sugar.

Cut the finished dark cake into cubes.

The white cake layer will serve as the base of our cake. Coat it with a small amount of sour cream. Place the biscuit cut into cubes on it. Each cube should be dipped in sour cream. Form them into a kind of mound on a white sponge cake.

Prepare the chocolate glaze. Mix together sour cream, sugar, cocoa and cook on the stove. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring thoroughly.

When the mixture begins to boil, add butter to it. Remove the pan from the stove and let the glaze cool slightly.

Decorate the cake with icing. You can use a cooking syringe or a tablespoon. Just scoop the glaze into a spoon and drizzle it over the top. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to soak. The hearty and delicious Curly Boy cake is ready. Enjoy your tea!!!
