Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Wheat flour 1 cup
Butter 150 g
Water 1 cup
Eggs 4 pc
Chocolate 50 g
Powdered sugar 2 tbsp
Cream 1 cup

Pour water into a saucepan with a thick bottom, add chocolate, drain. butter and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat further, add flour and stir quickly.

Stir until the dough comes away from the sides. Beat in the eggs one at a time, stirring constantly.

Cool the dough slightly and transfer to a pastry bag. And place eclairs from it on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Preheat the oven to 200C and bake the eclairs for 20 minutes.

This recipe uses whipped cream for the cream, but you can make any other cream. The cream should be cold. You need to beat them with a mixer until thick, gradually adding powdered sugar.
