Ingredients (12 portions)

Basic:

Salt 1.5 tsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Wheat flour (I just ran out of flour, look at the dough, you may need a little more or less.) 440 g
Butter (soft to be.) 2 tbsp
Water (warm) 220 ml
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp
Powdered milk 1.5 tbsp

Letʼs prepare the products. The oil should be soft and the water warm. Sift the flour.

Load all the ingredients into the bread machine. I get all the dry ones first, then the liquid ones. Sprinkle yeast onto flour. If you don’t have a bread machine, first stir the yeast and sugar in warm water. Leave for 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt and milk powder. Pour the yeast mixture into the flour mixture and knead. Then stir in the butter. Knead everything thoroughly. Form a bun, cover with a towel, leave in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours to rise).

Well, if we make it in a bread machine, then we fill it with food and set the “dough” program. It lasts 1.5 hours.

Divide the dough into equal balls, sprinkle with water and leave for 20 minutes. (I divided by “eye”, but then I weighed the finished bread and they all turned out the same — 60-62 grams each)

Then, either with a rolling pin or with your hands, roll out the cake and roll it tightly into a roll. We do this with all the balls)

Cover a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat, lay out our breads, make cuts with a sharp knife, sprinkle with water again and leave for 30-40 minutes until the dough increases in size.
