Sugar 2 tbsp
Lemon juice (a few drops) 1 ml
Wheat flour 2 tbsp
Egg whites 1 pc

Pour the egg whites into a clean bowl, add lemon juice and beat at medium speed with a mixer until a light fluffy foam forms.
