Incredibly simple and incredibly delicious cake! These are traditional American cakes. They cook very quickly and you fall in love with them from the first bite. Soft chocolate biscuits combined with whipped cream are simply delicious!

Ingredients (6 portions)

For dough:

Eggs 1 pc
Butter 80 g
Powdered sugar 100 g
Cocoa 3 tbsp
Milk 100 ml
Wheat flour 130 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanillin 1 g

For cream:

Powdered sugar 4 tbsp
Heavy cream 150 ml

In a bowl, mix cocoa, flour, baking powder and vanilla.

Grind soft butter with powdered sugar until soft and fluffy. Beat in the egg and mix thoroughly.

Stir in dry ingredients (flour, cocoa) and milk in parts. Stir until smooth.

Using a spoon or pastry bag, place the dough onto a baking sheet into round cakes, not too large, they will increase in size.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes. While the biscuits are cooling, you need to prepare the cream.

Whip the cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

Place the cream on one half of the cake and cover with the other. Repeat the procedure with the rest. Cakes (optional) can be decorated with powdered sugar.
