Ingredients (6 portions)

For dough:

Wheat flour 3 cup
Sour cream 200 g
Sugar 200 g
Baking powder 1 tsp

For cream:

Sour cream 600 g
Sugar 180 g

For decoration:

Ready shortbread cookies 300 g

CAKES: Combine sour cream with sugar, mix.

Add baking powder to the flour, mix, add to the sour cream mixture.

Knead soft elastic dough.

Divide the dough into 8 parts.

Roll each part into a circle with a diameter of 20-22 cm.

Trim the edges using a pan lid or plate. The scraps made 2 more cakes, for a total of 10 cakes.

Bake the cakes in a dry frying pan for 2-3 minutes on each side, moderate heat.

Spread the resulting cream over the cakes.
