Basic:

Sugar (add to yogurt as needed — to taste) 0.5 cup
Milk 0.5 cup
Gelatin 40 g
Yogurt (strawberry) 1 l
Strawberry 300 g
Biscuit cookies 300 g

The base for this cake requires cookies. Jubilee cookies go well, 2 packs.

Grind the cookies with a blender or any convenient method.

Add half a glass of milk to the cookies and knead the dough.

Place the dough on the bottom of the springform pan and smooth it out.

Base for gelatin filling — strawberry yogurt, 1 l.

Pour gelatin with water. You can take either strawberry or regular gelatin.

Heat over low heat, but do not bring to a boil, stir the gelatin until completely dissolved.

Pour the gelatin into the yogurt in a thin stream, stirring constantly.

Stir until smooth.

Cut the strawberries as in the photo — lengthwise into slices.

Place whole berries beautifully on the cake and pour gelatin yoghurt over it. At night — up to 12 hours — put in the refrigerator until the jelly hardens.
