Wheat flour 200 g
Milk 500 ml
Eggs 2 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Soda (extinguish with vinegar or lemon juice) 0.5 tsp

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make thin, tender pancakes with milk? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to this, the pancakes will be more tender and airy.

Step 2

Step 2
To prepare pancake dough, take a deep bowl and combine eggs with sugar and salt in it. Beat a little with a mixer. There is no need to beat vigorously, just enough to make the mass homogeneous.

Step 3

Step 3
Then pour warm milk and vegetable oil into the bowl.

Step 4

Step 4
Gradually add flour and knead the dough. To do this, use a mixer so that there are no lumps of flour left together. You may need a little less or a little more flour, use consistency as a guide. Read more about the properties of flour in the article at the end of this recipe.

Step 5

Step 5
Then add slaked soda to the dough. This can be vinegar (9%) or lemon juice. The baking soda will react and begin to foam. Read about baking soda at the link in the article at the end of this recipe.

Step 6

Step 6
The finished pancake dough will be homogeneous and quite liquid. It is from the liquid dough that thin pancakes are made.

Step 7

Step 7
Heat the pancake pan until hot. Before the first pancake, grease with vegetable oil. Pour a little dough (the thickness of the pancake will also depend on this) and distribute it over the entire surface of the pan. Fry the pancake on both sides over low heat until golden brown. Choosing the right pan is very important. How to do this, read the article on this topic. Link at the end of the recipe.

Step 8

Step 8
Bake all the pancakes like this. Stack them on top of each other and cover with a lid to prevent them from drying out. Pancakes are ready! Supplement them with jam, sour cream or condensed milk. Or wrap any filling in them. Bon appetit!
