Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Sugar 1 cup
Lemon zest 1 tsp
Wheat flour 150 g
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Chicken eggs 3 pc
Cottage cheese 400 g
Margarine 200 g
Potato starch 100 g

Mix margarine or butter with sugar.

Then add cottage cheese and mix well.

Beat in the eggs one at a time.

Grate the zest from half a lemon on a fine grater and add to the dough.

Add starch and baking powder.

Add flour in small portions without stopping stirring. You should get a very elastic dough, with the consistency of very thick sour cream. Place the dough into a muffin tin. Place in an oven preheated to 200°C for 20 minutes.
