Pan-Fried Minced Meat Flatbread

Juicy, flaky, filling. A hearty meal for the whole family! When I first cooked flatbreads with minced meat in a frying pan, I thought, “How did I ever live without them?” This method is simple, affordable, quite unusual, but very, very tasty!

Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 200 g
Salt to taste
Butter (for frying) 15 g
Vodka 1 tbsp
Water 120 ml
Minced meat 300 g
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Sesame oil (can be replaced with other vegetable oil) 1 tbsp

Mix flour with water. Using a spoon and then using your hands, mix the dough and knead a little. You may need a little less or more flour, depending on the consistency of the dough. Read more about the properties of flour in a separate article.

The dough turns out quite stiff

Cover it with a towel and start filling

Finely chop the onion

Add chopped onion to the minced meat, add a little salt (we will also add soy sauce), pour in 1 tablespoon. l.vodka

Now — sesame oil. If you donʼt have sesame oil, donʼt worry, replace it with any other vegetable oil

Mix well — and our filling is ready!

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts

Roll out one part thinly, but not so thin that it glows — approximately like thin lavash

Place half of the minced meat on the flatbread and distribute it by 3/4

In the empty sector, make a cut on one side, fold and pinch the edges

Now carefully, using a rolling pin or just your hands, roll out and stretch the dough into a kind of circle
