Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater.

Add semolina, sour cream and sugar. Mix.

Lightly beat the eggs with a mixer and add to the apple mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.

To make it easier to remove the finished pudding cupcakes from the molds, I placed an oiled parchment circle on the bottom of each one and also greased the sides with vegetable oil.

Fill the prepared molds with apple mixture and place in a preheated container at 180 degrees. oven for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. We check readiness with a splinter.
