Salt to taste
Eggs 1 pc
Dill (or to taste) 1.5 tsp
Sesame 1.5 tsp
Basil (or to taste) 1.5 tsp
Kefir 0.5 cup
Oat bran 6 tbsp

Beat the egg, then add the oat bran.

Add aromatic herbs. I used dried basil and dill. Itʼs up to your taste. Add a little salt and mix.

Pour the resulting mass with kefir, mix and leave for 30-40 minutes. During this time, the bran will swell and the dough will become thicker, although it will remain fluid.

Place the dough on a frying pan or baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and level it with a spoon.

On top, for beauty and a more aromatic taste, I sprinkled strips of basil, dill and sesame seeds. Bake at 200 degrees. 30 minutes until browning (depend on your oven).
