Ingredients (12 portions)

Dough:

Sugar 15 g
Butter 150 g
Wheat flour 170 g
Chicken eggs 3 pc
Cognac 1 tbsp

Filler:

Raisin 100 g
Dried apricots 100 g

Grind the butter and sugar until white, add the whipped yolks, add salt and baking powder.

Add flour, mix and add whipped whites and cognac. Mix carefully from top to bottom.

The filler can be anything. It could be raisins, dried apricots, nuts, prunes, etc. I once bought these “Chocolate Drops”. On the back of the package I found this very recipe.

Mix the dough with the filling of your choice. I added "Chocolate Drops".

I also added dried apricots.

Divide the dough into the molds 2/3 full.

You can make glaze, or you can do without it. You can melt the chocolate, you can make the frosting to your liking. I had a bag of ready-made glaze.

Bake at 180 degrees until done, about 20 minutes. You can check readiness with a toothpick.
