Cottage cheese 250 g
Sugar 125 g
Eggs 1 pc
Butter 50 g
Soda 1 tsp
Wheat flour 1.5 cup

For cream:

Sour cream 350 g
Sugar 180 g
Vanillin to taste
Prunes 120 g

Add slaked soda and flour. The amount of flour depends on the fat content of the cottage cheese, so you should not pour out all the flour at once. 1.25 cups was enough for me. The dough is soft, slightly sticky. The main thing is not to overdo it with flour.

Roll out immediately on a greased baking sheet. I cut the cake out onto a plate of the required diameter, but I think it’s better to do this after baking the cake. Then the cut edges of the cakes will be softer.

We bake each cake at 180-200 degrees. 8-10 minutes until golden brown. The cake scraps can be further browned, then chopped and used to decorate the cake.
