Basic:

Salt 5 g
Sugar 100 g
Apples 3 pc
Wheat flour 300 g
Eggs 1 pc
Vegetable oil 100 ml
Baking powder 2 tsp
Cottage cheese 250 g
Vanilla sugar 15 g

In a cup, mix paste-like cottage cheese with egg, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar.

Add vegetable oil, then baking powder, flour. Mix the dough.

Peel the apples and cut them into 1cm pieces.
