Fluffy Ukrainian Verguns with Honey

You will immediately fall in love with soft, fluffy, rosy vergunas with honey! Verguny is a dish of Ukrainian cuisine; it looks similar to Russian brushwood, but differs in composition. When I have kefir and nothing for tea, I happily prepare such verguns — in the heat of the moment it’s just a song! And every housewife can cook them, even if she doesn’t have an oven in the kitchen.

We turn one edge of the dough through the cut as usual with brushwood.

Step 17

Step 17
Now you need to properly heat the oil for frying — first heat the frying pan, and then pour vegetable oil into it, it should be hot, but under no circumstances burn! It is very important. To check the desired temperature, you need to dip one piece of dough into the oil and watch how it fries

Step 18
