Egg yolks 1 pc

The filling can be added immediately, but I have been using this trick for a long time: to prevent the filling from spreading when the dough rises, I first put the cupcakes in a warm oven for 3-5 minutes. The dough rises, smoothes out, but remains soft. After that, I lay out the filling, it doesn’t fall through, but it doesn’t spread out either. This way you can get neat and beautiful cupcakes.
