How to bake donuts with kefir in the oven? Measure out the required ingredients. They should be at room temperature. Therefore, get kefir, milk and butter in advance. The butter should be soft enough.

Step 2

Step 2
Sift the flour through a sieve into a large bowl. Thanks to this, the flour will be enriched with oxygen. As a result, the baked goods will rise well and be fluffy. 2-3 tbsp. set the flour aside. It may be needed when kneading dough. Mix the rest of the flour with baking powder.

Step 3

Step 3
In a convenient container, combine soft butter, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Step 4

Step 4
Grind everything to a smooth, homogeneous mass.

Step 5

Step 5
Pour kefir and milk into the oil mixture.

Step 6

Step 6
Mix everything well. There is no need to achieve uniformity of the liquid mass. Enough for the butter pieces to be evenly distributed throughout the milk mixture.

Step 7

Step 7
Pour the sifted flour with baking powder into a bowl. Mix the dough first with a spoon. Then knead the dough with your hands. If it is too sticky, add the previously set aside flour in small portions while kneading, while mixing the dough.

Step 8

Step 8
You may need a little more or less flour than the specified amount. Focus on the consistency of the dough. It should be homogeneous, soft, pliable, almost not sticking to your hands.

Step 9

Step 9
Divide the dough into equal parts, roll into balls of the desired size.

Step 10

Step 10
Place the formed donuts on a parchment-lined sheet at a short distance from each other, as they will rise during baking.

Step 12

Step 12
Cool the finished donuts. If desired, sprinkle the baked goods with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
