Ingredients (8 portions)

For dough:

Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Wheat flour 300 g
Butter 30 g
Milk 280 ml
Eggs 1 pc
Dry yeast 1 tsp

For filling:

Sugar 1 tbsp
Butter 30 g
Walnuts 100 g

For the top:

Eggs 1 pc

Warm the milk slightly and divide it into two parts. In one half we dilute yeast and 1 tbsp. Sahara.

Dissolve the butter in the rest of the milk, 1 tbsp. sugar, beat in the egg.

Sift flour and salt into a bowl.

Make a well in the flour, add milk and egg, mix lightly. Pour in milk with yeast.

Knead the dough. Itʼs soft and sticky. Cover the bowl with the dough and leave it warm to rise for about 2 hours.

For the filling, mix chopped nuts with sugar.

This is how our dough rose. The volume increased by 2-2.5 times.

Carefully place the dough on a floured table and roll it into a rectangle. I got 2 of these rectangular layers.

We divide each layer into 4 more parts. Grease each part with melted (not hot) butter.

Sprinkle with nut filling.

And roll them loosely into rolls. Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with nuts and sugar. Let it stand for 30 minutes.

We bake buns at 180 degrees. 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
