Cheesy Chicken Muffin Bites

These cupcakes are convenient to take with you to work. In general, initially I was going to cook a completely different dish, namely chicken nests, but the consistency of the purchased minced meat turned out to be too watery and would not be able to hold its shape, and pouring another 1-2 cups of flour into it to thicken it was not part of my plans, so I had to urgently come up with something else. We came up with these cupcakes with interesting grooved sides.
