How to make a cake from cookies and condensed milk without baking? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Buy unsalted Rybka crackers. Take sour cream with 20-30% fat content.

Combine sour cream and condensed milk in a container. Stir until smooth. Sour cream can be replaced with heavy cream or mascarpone cheese. If desired, add vanilla sugar (about 1 tbsp) or vanillin (at the tip of a knife). Be sure to read the instructions before use. If you add more vanilla than necessary, the taste of the cake will be bitter.

Finely chop the walnuts with a knife or grind in a blender, add to the cream. Stir. Nuts will be more aromatic and tastier if they are lightly dried in a dry frying pan. Instead of walnuts, you can take any other nuts, for example, almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts.
