Basic:

Sugar 0.5 cup
Wheat flour 100 g
Eggs 3 pc
Chocolate 50 g
Sour cream (20%) 250 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Gelatin 10 g
Cottage cheese (soft) 250 g
Prunes (seedless) 200 g
Potato starch 2 tbsp

Soak gelatin in 0.25 cups of cold water.

Place the prunes in a bowl and add 0.5 cups of warm water.

Beat eggs with sugar.

Add flour sifted with starch and baking powder. Stir and pour into a round baking dish.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 20 minutes. Let cool without removing from the mold.
