Blueberry Bliss Cookies

Forming cookies is very simple, but at the same time interesting! Blueberry cookies are a real sweet treat for tea! Delicate, crumbly dough and favorite berries. Believe me, these sandpipers will charm everyone not only with their taste, but also with their appearance!

Step 3
Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and add to the flour mixture.

Step 4

Step 4
Knead into a smooth dough. Roll into a ball.

Step 5
Place in a bag and press down a little. This will allow the dough to cool evenly. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 25-30 minutes.

Step 7

Step 7
Fill the cookies with blueberries and top with jam. Grease the top side with yolk too.

Step 8

Step 8
Bake cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Then cool
