It symbolizes happiness and prosperity. The woman who bakes it must be happy in her family life. I offer you my recipe for homemade loaf.

Ingredients (10 portions)

Dough:

Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Wheat flour 1250 g
Water 300 ml
Eggs 2 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Condensed milk 150 g
Yogurt 500 g
Dry yeast 7 g

Syrup:

Sugar 3 tbsp
Water 6 tbsp

Pour yogurt, add sugar, eggs, salt, yeast. Mix everything and add flour. Sift the flour and add in parts. At the end of the kneading, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil,

Place the dough in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Make a bun and place it on a sheet. Cut a piece from the remaining part. And we make something like a braid. And we wrap this braid around our bun, as it were.

We decorate the loaf. I secured all the decorations with toothpicks. Now let it stand for 30 minutes. Cover with a towel. We donʼt coat it with yolk. Turn on the oven to warm up to 200 degrees.

Place in the oven on the very bottom. Turn on top bottom. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees, then reduce to 170 degrees and bake further. When the loaf is well browned, cover it with foil. And bake until the end. At the end, check with a wooden skewer. If necessary, hold for another 5-10 minutes.

For the syrup, mix water and sugar. Letʼs boil it. And we coat our loaf with a brush. So it will shine for us. We remove the finished loaf. It must stand overnight. Bon appetit.
