Ingredients (6 portions)

For dough:

Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Wheat flour 400 g
Water 200 ml
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp

For filling:

Garlic 2 clove
Salt to taste
Butter 70 g
Pepper to taste
Hard cheese 150 g
Parsley to taste

Recipe instructions

DOUGH: put yeast, salt, sugar, butter, egg into warm water and mix.

Add flour and knead into a soft elastic dough.

Leave in a warm place for an hour and a half.

Sprinkle the surface of the table with flour. Place the dough and roll out to 1 cm.

FILLING: mix melted butter and chopped garlic, brush the surface of the dough with this mixture.

Place grated hard cheese on top, lightly add salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Brush the edges of the dough with water.

BUNS: return the dough to the roll and cut into rolls 3-4 cm thick.
