Ingredients (6 portions)

For the base:

Savoiardi cookies 200 g

For cream:

Cottage cheese 400 g
Cream 500 ml
Sugar 100 g
Lime 1 pc

For impregnation:

Coffee 200 g

For sprinkling:

Cocoa 2 tbsp

CREAM: Chill whisk, bowl and cream in refrigerator. Whip the cream, gradually add sugar, beat until stiff peaks form.

Add lime zest.

Beat the cottage cheese with a blender until smooth.

Carefully add the cottage cheese into the cream and stir.

IMPREGNATION: Pre-brew coffee, add sugar, stir.

TIRAMISU: Dip each cookie on both sides in coffee — you need to do this very quickly! Place cookies on the bottom of a 25x15 cm pan.
