In order to prepare a delicious large orange cake, prepare high-grade wheat flour, one large orange, granulated sugar, baking soda, highly carbonated water, vegetable oil, a few raisins and a little fine salt.

In a large bowl, combine the sifted wheat flour, baking soda and a small pinch of fine salt. At this step, you can also add some sweet spices to your taste, for example, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, grated nutmeg.

Rinse the orange thoroughly, peel the zest and squeeze out the juice (100 ml of juice is required). In a bowl of suitable size, combine orange zest, orange juice, sparkling water and vegetable oil.
