Basic:

Salt 0.33 tsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Wheat flour 300 g
Vegetable oil (Vegetable oil for making pancakes to taste.) 3 tbsp
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Soda 1 tsp
Vanilla sugar 0.5 tsp
Kefir 300 ml

Recipe instructions

Sift 300 grams through a sieve into a bowl. flour, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1/3 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. soda, 0.5 tsp. vanilla sugar, mix and add 1 egg, 300 gr. kefir at room temperature, 2 tablespoons. vegetable oil and mix thoroughly until smooth.

Whisk the dough well so that there are no lumps left.

Beat the resulting dough thoroughly with a whisk for about five minutes and set aside for 25-30 minutes.
