Basic:

Zucchini 500 g
Flour 100 g
Eggs 2 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Filling:

Chicken mince 300 g
Water 50 ml
Onion 1 pc
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Rinse the zucchini thoroughly and scrub with a brush. If the zucchini is young with delicate skin and small grains, then there is no need to peel it. If the zucchini is large, overripe, with a tough, hard skin and large seeds, then it needs to be peeled from both the skin and the seeds. I had a young zucchini. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add salt and leave for 10 minutes, then squeeze and drain the juice.

For the filling you can use any minced meat: turkey, pork, beef or mixed. In addition to these spices, you can use your own to taste.

In a bowl, combine minced meat, onion, water, salt and pepper. Knead the minced meat thoroughly with your hands until smooth.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over low heat. Spoon in the zucchini batter and smooth it out, forming a thin, even circle. Place some minced meat in the center of the dough and smooth it out.
