Sugar 3 tbsp
Apples (juicy, cut into slices) 900 g
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Wheat flour 0.66 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Apple juice (concentrated) 2 tbsp
Walnuts 0.5 cup
Sunflower oil 1 tbsp
Oat groats 0.5 cup
Brown sugar 0.5 cup

Wash the apples, cut them into 4 parts, remove the core and seeds. Cut the peeled apples into medium-thick slices. Place them in a deep container, add sugar, add lemon juice and ½ tsp. cinnamon. Mix everything well.
