Cheese & Tomato Muffins Simplified

Tender cheese muffins with a juicy top. A muffin is a small pastry similar to a mini-cupcake, which is baked in special molds: silicone, Teflon or paper sockets. This pastry is a real lifesaver for any occasion. Muffin dough is made quickly, without much hassle. No mixer is required, just use a regular spoon. Simply combine the mixture of liquid ingredients with dry ingredients, and the dough is ready. If you don’t have cherry tomatoes, you can use regular tomatoes, cutting them into slices.
