Wheat flour 250 g
Kefir 250 ml
Chocolate 50 g
Vegetable oil 80 g
Cocoa 2 tbsp
Soda 0.5 tsp

For decoration::

Milk 25 g
Butter 25 g
Fruits 200 g

How to make chocolate cupcakes? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen. You can take chocolate in the form of chocolate drops or simply chop a regular chocolate bar into pieces with a knife. Immediately pour baking soda into the kefir and stir. It will react with it, due to which the finished products will rise well during baking.

For the dough, combine the egg with sugar and beat a little with a mixer. There is no need to beat until fluffy. Just mix everything well.

Then pour in kefir with soda and vegetable oil. Stir.

The finished dough should be homogeneous and smooth. You can use a mixer for this. Stir chocolate pieces into the finished dough.

Pour the dough into special muffin tins (I made 11 pieces) and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Be guided by your oven.

You can check the cupcakes for doneness using a wooden skewer. Poke the cake with it and immediately pull it out. If the stick is dry, then the cupcakes are already baked. Remove them from the oven.

Cool the cupcakes by turning them on their sides. Why is this necessary? With this cooling, the bottom of the cupcakes will not be moist from their own steam.

To prepare the glaze, take chocolate, milk and butter.
