Hard cheese 70 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

How to make pancakes like pizza with kefir? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. You can change their composition to suit your preferences — changing the filling to suit your taste. You can use any sausage you like: boiled, half-smoked, smoked, and you can also take ham and sausages. Finely chop the sausage with a knife or grate it on a coarse grater.

You can also use any cheese, but it is better to take hard cheese that melts well. I used two cheeses: hard and sausage, it turned out more aromatic and tasty. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Choose tomatoes that are juicy, but without a lot of juice. If you wish, you can remove the skin from the tomato. Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into cubes.

Wash the fresh herbs, dry and finely chop with a knife. You can also add green or onions, finely chopped with a knife.

Crack a chicken egg into a deep bowl and beat it with a fork or whisk until the mixture has a homogeneous consistency.

Place all prepared ingredients in a bowl with the egg mixture.

Pour kefir into a bowl (any fat content, depending on taste and availability). Add soda (you can use baking powder instead of soda, but it is better to add it with flour). Stir the mixture. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste, but be careful with the spices, since sausage and cheese already contain these additives.

Add sifted wheat flour to the mixture and knead the dough. It may take you more or less flour than it did for me. Focus on the consistency of the dough. It should be thick, but not too thick.

Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan. Warm it up. Place a tablespoon of dough onto the frying pan, forming small pancakes. Fry them for about 2-3 minutes over medium heat on one side.

Then flip over with a spatula and continue frying the pancakes on the second side for a couple of minutes. Then cover the pan with a lid and keep the pancakes in the pan for a few more minutes so that they are well baked inside. Remove the pancakes from the pan onto a paper towel so that the excess oil is absorbed into the paper. Then transfer the pancakes to a serving dish. Serve the pizza with sour cream, mayonnaise or other sauce to taste. Bon appetit!
