Wheat flour 120 g

How to make a biscuit roll with apples in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen — this will give the finished dough fluffiness. For the filling, take large apples with a sweet and sour taste.

First of all, letʼs prepare the filling. Wash and peel the apples. Then grate the apples on a coarse grater. If juice appears from them, it must be drained. Sprinkle the grated apples with lemon juice to prevent them from starting to darken.
