Ingredients (8 portions)

For dough:

Salt 3 g
Sugar 100 g
Wheat flour 130 g
Cocoa 20 g
Eggs 3 pc
Honey 2 tbsp
Baking powder 2 tsp
Vanilla sugar 5 g

For cream:

Butter 150 g
Boiled condensed milk 350 g

For decoration:

Chocolate 50 g
coconut flakes 10 g

Prepare all ingredients. Take oil with a fat content higher than 82%, use liquid honey.

Add a pinch of salt to the eggs. Add sugar and vanilla sugar to the eggs and salt, beat with a mixer until fluffy and light, about 5-7 minutes. Add liquid honey and beat the egg mixture again. Separately, mix flour with baking powder and cocoa powder sifted through a strainer.

Pour the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Mix the resulting mass with a spoon, kneading the dough, similar to thick sour cream, and divide into 3 parts. Line a baking pan with parchment paper, pour out a third of the dough, smooth it evenly over the entire pan (I have a pan diameter of 28 cm). Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, then bake all 3 cakes. Let the cakes cool, remove the paper.

To prepare the cream, beat the softened butter with a mixer for 1-2 minutes. Continuing to beat, add boiled condensed milk in parts. You should get a soft, homogeneous and tasty cream. Grease each cake generously with cream, stacking the cakes on top of each other. Grease the top and sides of the Spartak cake with cream and decorate the top as desired.

I decorated with grated chocolate and coconut flakes. Homemade quick cake “Spartak” needs time for the cake layers to soak. Therefore, put the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, or better yet, overnight.
