Cheesy Broccoli and Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Wheat flour 0.5 cup
Milk 0.5 cup
Eggs 5 pc
Hard cheese 100 g
Broccoli 200 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Champignon 150 g

Recipe instructions

Boil broccoli in salted water until half cooked.

Divide into inflorescences, place in a refractory dish, spreading evenly over the entire bottom.

Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly under cold running water and cut into slices or quarters. Place the champignons in the pan, on top of the cabbage. Sprinkle everything with vegetable oil.

Beat 5 chicken eggs with 0.5 cups of milk, add salt to taste.

Add sifted flour (in parts so that no lumps form), mix.

Add grated cheese (set aside a small amount of cheese for sprinkling on top of the casserole), stir with a fork.

Pour the resulting batter over the broccoli and mushrooms.

Sprinkle with the remaining (previously set aside) grated cheese.

Wrap the pan with foil or cover with a lid. Bake broccoli casserole with mushrooms and cheese in the oven at 180 C degrees for about 30 minutes. Cool the cabbage casserole slightly before serving. Cut into portions and serve. Bon appetit!
