Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a lush cottage cheese casserole with raisins in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees in advance.

Step 2

Step 2
Pour semolina into sour cream, stir and let sit for 15 minutes so that the semolina swells.

Step 3

Step 3
Rinse the raisins and pour boiling water for 10 minutes. Then drain the water and dry the raisins on a paper towel.

Step 4

Step 4
Beat eggs with a pinch of salt, vanilla and sugar until light and fluffy. Wash eggs before using in warm water and soda, as there may be harmful bacteria on their surface.

Step 5

Step 5
The cottage cheese must be rubbed through a sieve or mashed with a masher. If you have an immersion blender, you can use it. This will make the finished casserole more tender.

Step 6

Step 6
Add semolina with sour cream and baking powder to the cottage cheese. Mix everything thoroughly or beat with a mixer.

Step 7

Step 7
In three additions, add the curd mixture into the beaten eggs, beating thoroughly until it becomes homogeneous.

Step 8

Step 8
Add raisins and stir.

Step 9

Step 9
Place the resulting curd mass in a baking dish, greased with butter and sprinkled with semolina.

Step 10

Step 10
Place the pan with the curd mass in a preheated oven and bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes. Serve the finished cottage cheese casserole with semolina and raisins with sour cream, condensed milk or other favorite additives. Bon appetit!
