Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Sugar 70 g
Wheat flour (with a slide (how much will it take) 1 tbsp
Milk 2 cup
Bananas 2 pc
Vanillin (about a pinch) to taste
Egg yolks 2 pc
Starch 2 tsp
Biscuit cookies 100 g

Heat the milk, but do not bring it to a boil. Beat the yolks a little and add a quarter of the heated milk. Mix dry ingredients, add milk, mix everything. Add the remaining milk and bring the mixture to a thick consistency over medium heat. Remove from heat to avoid the formation of a film — cover with a lid. Leave until cool.

While the pudding is cooling, prepare 2 molds. Place cookies on the bottom of each.

Add sliced banana.

Fill with pudding.

Place banana slices and two cookies on top. Pour in the remaining pudding. Place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to cool the pudding.
