Oatmeal Breakfast Pudding

A great substitute for oatmeal! Diversify your breakfast! If you love oatmeal, but are tired of the usual serving of the dish, you can make oatmeal pudding, which is perfect for breakfast and afternoon snack. The basis for preparing the pudding is oatmeal, and you can use fruits or dried fruits and nuts to suit your taste. Letʼs make oatmeal pudding!

Salt to taste
Sugar 2 tbsp
Apples 1 pc
Cereals 100 g
Butter 1 tbsp
Milk 300 ml

First, letʼs cook oatmeal. Boil milk, reduce heat to medium, add oatmeal, stir. Cook the porridge for 5 minutes until cooked, stirring constantly.

At the end of cooking, add salt, sugar, butter and mix. Cover the finished oatmeal with a lid and leave to brew for 10 minutes.

Then cool the porridge by placing the pan in cold water. You don’t have to wait for the porridge to become cold; you can use it warm.

Take the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites until stiff peaks form for about 5 minutes.

Add the yolks to the porridge and mix.

Then add the whites and mix with the porridge.

Wash the apples and prunes and remove the seeds. Cut the prunes into small slices, I used apples for decoration and cut them into thin slices.

You can bake the pudding in oven-safe containers, such as mugs. I used a silicone muffin pan. I spread 1 tablespoon of oatmeal mixture, then distribute the prunes.

I spread the remaining oatmeal and apple slices on top. I put the molds with the pudding to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for 30 minutes.

Carefully remove the finished pudding from the molds and serve on saucers; you can serve with jam or sour cream.
