Milk 1 cup
Sour cream (10%) 180 ml
Gelatin 1 tbsp
Cottage cheese (better low fat) 250 g

Prepare gelatin. Pour it into a saucepan and dilute with milk. Set aside to swell for 20 minutes.

Mix cottage cheese with sour cream, add sugar to taste and mix everything thoroughly.

Letʼs return to gelatin. Place the saucepan on the stove and, stirring constantly, heat over low heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved (about 7 minutes). But donʼt boil!

Remove from heat and add cottage cheese to gelatin.

To prepare the dessert, I took silicone molds. First, pour just a little onto the bottom of each mold so that the curd mixture covers the bottom by 1-1.5 cm.

Place berries in each mold. It is very important to place the berries not on the bottom, but on a layer of cottage cheese, otherwise the berry top will not harden. And when you take out the dessert, it can quickly fall apart.

Now fill the mold to the very edge with the curd mixture and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Carefully remove the desserts from the molds. To easily remove desserts, the back of the molds can be held under running hot water — then they will move away from the edge. Desserts can be easily removed from silicone molds.
