Refreshing Banana-Strawberry Sorbet

A light, refreshing dessert thatʼs a great way to start a summer day. Fruit sorbet is a good alternative to regular ice cream. This is not only tasty, but also healthy dairy dessert. The berries here retain all their beneficial properties, and sugar is not used at all. Thereʼs just enough sweetness thanks to the ripeness of the bananas. Sorbet can be prepared with various other soft fruits and berries.
