Milk 125 ml
Eggs 1 pc
Raspberries 250 g
Sour cream (incomplete) 1 tbsp
Gelatin 1 tbsp
Melissa (For decoration) to taste

Pour gelatin into 100 ml of milk and place on low heat. Heat, stirring all the time (!), until the gelatin is completely dissolved and let cool. It is important not to let the gelatin stick to the walls of the saucepan, so stir constantly.

We leave a few berries for decoration, and mash the rest.

Carefully separate the white from the yolk and beat into a thick foam.

Combine raspberries, yolk, sugar, sour cream, remaining milk (25 ml) and beat with a mixer.
