No flour or butter. For those who love sweets, but watch their figure! Mega chocolate taste. Sometimes I add a little cinnamon and ginger for better taste. Itʼs also very tasty. You canʼt feel the pumpkin in the dessert at all.

Basic:

Cinnamon to taste
Honey 2 tbsp
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Pumpkin 150 g
Milk chocolate 50 g
Ginger powder to taste

Peel the pumpkin, cut into cubes and cook in the microwave or bake in the oven. Cool and puree with a blender. If you have ready-made pumpkin puree, you can use it.

Beat the eggs with a mixer.

Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a water bath.

Add honey, pumpkin puree and melted chocolate to the eggs. Beat everything well with a mixer. You can also add cinnamon and ginger.

Pour into molds and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Sometimes I bake in a cake pan. But then increase the baking time to 40 minutes. The dessert will first increase in volume and then fall. This is fine.

Remove the pans from the oven and let cool completely. Basically, the dessert is already ready. But I really love chocolate. So I take the dessert out of the molds and put it on a sheet of paper.
