Refreshing, from affordable products, very tender and tasty! You will definitely like ice cream without milk and cream! Vegetable oil and the smell of raw eggs are not felt at all. The taste of the delicacy is reminiscent of store-bought fruit ice cream, but the composition is absolutely natural!

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make ice cream without milk and cream at home? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. If desired, you can take 30-40 grams less sugar.

Step 2

Step 2
Carefully separate the whites from the yolks. Try not to let a drop of yolk get into the whites, otherwise they won’t beat properly.

Step 3

Step 3
Pour 100 g of sugar into a bowl with yolks and pour in refined vegetable oil.

Step 4

Step 4
Beat the yolks with sugar with a mixer for about 3-5 minutes. The sugar crystals should completely dissolve.

Step 5

Step 5
Rinse the fruits, dry with paper towels, peel and cut into small pieces.

Step 6

Step 6
Place the fruit slices in a blender bowl and puree until smooth.

Step 7

Step 7
Place the fruit puree in a bowl with the beaten yolks. Beat everything again with a mixer until smooth.

Step 8

Step 8
In a separate container, beat the whites. In order for the whites to beat well, the eggs must be fresh and chilled (out of the refrigerator). Beat the whites with a mixer at minimum speed. Add the remaining sugar and vanilla sugar bit by bit (or vanilla on the tip of a knife). Do not stop the whipping process. When the sugar is completely dissolved, increase the mixer speed and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Step 9

Step 9
Gently fold the egg whites into the fruit mixture. Knead with a kitchen spatula in one direction from top to bottom, so the whites do not settle.

Step 10

Step 10
Divide homemade dairy-free ice cream into prepared molds and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Bon appetit!
