Bananas 110 g
Yogurt (Classic, no additives or sugar) 200 g
Pomegranate 50 g
Tangerines 70 g

Remove the peel from the tangerine and check for seeds. It is better to get rid of them, especially if you serve yogurt to children. Separate the tangerine into slices and place in a blender.

Wash the pomegranate under running water and peel. Separate the pomegranate seeds and add them to the blender bowl.

Take classic plain yogurt and pour it into a blender bowl.
