Step 1

Step 1
How to make sugar-free lollipops at home? Prepare everything you need. In a small, heavy-bottomed saucepan, pour boiling water over the herbs and spices. Take clean, filtered water. You can choose herbs and spices to your taste; rose hips, sage, and thyme are also suitable for candies. Simmer over low heat for about 7 minutes. Remove from heat, cover with a lid and leave to brew for half an hour.

Step 2

Step 2
Then strain the resulting broth through a sieve or cheesecloth.

Step 3

Step 3
Add honey to it, mix well and place on the stove over medium heat. Choose fragrant and natural honey for lollipops, in this case the lollipops will turn out very tasty! Once the mixture boils, reduce the heat to low. Cook the syrup for half an hour, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Step 4
After half an hour, the syrup will begin to thicken and bubble strongly. Be careful to mix gently as the mixture is very hot. Cook for another five to ten minutes.

Step 5

Step 5
Grease the silicone mold with vegetable oil so that the lollipops can be easily removed. It is convenient to do this with a silicone brush.

Step 6

Step 6
In order to check the readiness of caramel for lollipops, place a glass glass in the freezer for 15-20 minutes, drop the caramel onto the surface of the glass, if it does not spread and harden, then you can pour it into the mold

Step 7

Step 7
Pour the caramel into the mold and leave for half an hour to harden. If the lollipops are difficult to remove, place them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Pour starch and powdered sugar in equal quantities into a dry jar, mix and place the candies there. Store the lollipops as is in a cool, dry place.
